Rules for Electronic Meetings and Digital Recordings

The General Assembly may meet electronically.

The place where the General Assembly meets is the Discord server for the Empire.

Records of meetings may be kept digitally.

The website for the Empire wherein the General Assembly is stationed is the digital recording place for meetings.

In order for any vote or action of the Assembly to be valid, it must have taken place at an actual meeting with aural discussion, either in person or electronically.

All debate that takes place at any meeting of the Assembly shall be transcribed or recorded, in summary or journal form, in the debate section of the digital records.

Whenever a person is done making a speech during aural debate, he will record it in the digital record in summary form; otherwise, the Emperor will record it so.
