First Session of the General Assembly; of the year of 2026. The First Conclave; of August.
This is how the agenda will be structured. Let the first part deal with general agenda items; the second part with regular meetings and the agenda to be dealt with there; and the third part with special meetings. This will be contained all in this resolution, but the sections will be made so the first sections deal with this, the latter sections that, and the final sections with yet that.
Introduced byEmperordillonbcareyIn general, the goal of this First Conclave is to settle and affirm the bylaws of the General Assembly, to verify and put into order the America First Manifesto, and to pass a series of sharp America First acts.

- Introducing a series of amendments to the "Immigration Restrictionism" resolution, article of the America First Manifesto that specify more clearly the types of immigration that are restricted and the steps to be taken to enforce them.
- Adds such things as the construction of a massive, complete southern border wall and general steps on mass deportation efforts.
