This is the official bylaws of the General Assembly.

Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Holy Empire of America as follows:

This is the General Assembly of the Holy Empire of America.

Subsection 1. General Object. The General Assembly is committed exclusively for political purposes of protecting, promoting, and furthering the philosophy and principles underlying the nature of the Holy Empire of America, and carrying out such activities as may be necessary or useful in the execution of these purposes.

Subsection 2. Specific Object. The specific object of this Assembly is to promote the object and politics of Holy American Empire, and to be the assembly for the Empire.

Subsection 1. Name of Officers. The officer of the General Assembly shall be a President. There may be a Vice President if the Assembly desires to have one. The President is the Founding Father. The Vice President and any other officers this bylaws allows, or that are adopted, by the Assembly shall be elected by a resolution of the Assembly.

Subsection 2. Service Time. The President serves during good behavior, and shall not be removed. The Vice President shall serve during good behavior, yet he may be removed.

Subsection 3. Removal of Officers. The Vice President, and any other officers besides the President, may be removed by assent of the Assembly.

Subsection 4. President's Powers. The President has the power to execute and enforce the resolutions, laws, and rules of the Assembly, and to preside over meetings and sessions thereof. He retains the power to vote, debate, and resolve during meetings; and shall present priority resolutions to the floor. The President has the power of the veto; and this extends to resolutions entire, as well as Subsections and amendments by piece.

Subsection 5. Vice President's Powers. The Vice President, if elected, has the power to preside over meetings and sessions of the General Assembly in the President's absence, and shall have duties delegated to him by the President.

The President shall receive a compensation for his services. The Vice President and other officers may as well.
