Blasphemy Against the Wise Detection of God

Whoever says that the one true God, our Creator and Lord, cannot be known with certainty by the natural light of human reason by means of the things that are made, is guilty of blasphemy and shall suffer banishment; or shall be exiled not less than 5 years, or charged not less than 20%.
