Be it resolved by the Grand Council of the Church of the United Association of Americans as follows:

SECTION I: THE FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE

In a marriage, union, or committed relationship, men and women must be eternally sexually faithful to each other and sexually attractive to each other. Both objects are equally important for both parties. The present societal condition requires that men focus on sexual attractiveness and women focus on sexual faithfulness, because men are not sufficiently sexually attractive and women are not sufficiently sexually faithful.

SECTION II: THE NATURE OF MALE SEXUAL ATTRACTIVENESS

To be sexually attractive as a man begins in the spiritual essence. It requires allegiance to unyielding principles of justice, universal and eternal in their capacity, willingness to sacrifice everything for them at great risk of life, peril, or material and other hardship, and being unshakeable against all things that stand in the way. The prime aspect of manhood is providing structure, form, and shape through universal allegiance to principles beyond oneself.

Male sexual attractiveness has two aspects. The first is general: a commitment to universal principles of justice with formidable and unshakable allegiance, which produces a broad appeal necessary for society to function. The second is specific: the particular mission God has planned or offered to a man, toward which a particular woman was ordained to support him and him only. Relationships built solely on general attraction are transient. The divinely specific union is what produces lasting happiness.

SECTION III: THE NATURE OF FEMALE SEXUAL ATTRACTIVENESS

To be sexually attractive as a woman requires deference, submissiveness, and support toward a man. This is tied to the fundamental feminine principle of providing life and fire to the structure formed by a man. Showing support to an existing structure is simpler than building one from scratch. Female sexual attractiveness is not the present societal concern. The problem is not that women cannot attract men, but that they distribute support across too many men without knowing what they truly value in one.

SECTION IV: THE NATURE OF MALE SEXUAL FAITHFULNESS

To be sexually faithful as a man requires being intimate only with a woman who loves unconditionally and provides firm support. Because a woman needs only provide support to be attractive, it is easy to always love and want her only. Male sexual faithfulness is not the present societal concern.

SECTION V: THE NATURE OF FEMALE SEXUAL FAITHFULNESS

Sexual faithfulness for a woman is predicated on the sexual attractiveness of the man. If he loses his attractiveness, the thing that drew her to him fades, and maintaining faithfulness requires a more involved effort to keep it and encourage him to recuperate. Because unyielding allegiance to universal maxims is harder to maintain than support thereto, a man loses his sexual attractiveness more easily than a woman loses hers. Female faithfulness is therefore always the greater concern and effort. Women are increasingly unfaithful regardless of the superiority of the man. Women must firmly identify what they value in a partner, keep that in mind, and encourage it consistently. When a man loses his strength, a woman must guide him firmly back to what drew her to him. When he does something admirable, she must praise him and show devoted support. This is the mechanism of female sexual faithfulness.

SECTION VI: THE DIVINE ORDER AND THE SOCIETAL STAKES

God ordained man and woman to be together and created a perfect soulmate for every person from the beginning. Self-reported happiness has collapsed in direct connection with the erosion of traditional marriage and male-female relations. Couples living in traditional arrangements, where the man is formidable, a provider, and the woman is submissive and at home, report extremely high rates of happiness. Concurrently, mental illness and depression have reached historic levels, with the majority of women self-reporting at least one mental illness. These conditions were absent throughout prior history. The loss of the traditional concept of marriage, family life, and male-female relations is the cause. This resolution is the remedy.

SECTION VII: THE MISSION OF MEN

Men must take the reigns because men provide the structure, and without structure nothing else falls into place. America was built by brave, tough, accomplished, innovative, and wise men who sacrificed everything for their mission. That standard has deteriorated. God has an infinite and intelligent plan for every man to succeed and do great things. Men must listen to it and figure it out. Those who are religiously receptive shall use that. Those who are not shall soberly and clearly reflect on their goals in life. And all shall commit to sacrificing everything for it, and act with innovation, heroism, and toughness to that end.

SECTION VIII: FOUNDATIONAL STANDARDS FOR MEN

The following are required for enduring male sexual attractiveness:

Have an admirable job. Find work that uses your talents toward your mission. The goal is not the job itself but the power and influence it carries to further your mission in the world. Careers such as doctor, lawyer, scientist, computer programmer, writer, politician, business owner, or professor serve this end.

Be physically competent. Work out, be strong, and maintain cardiovascular fitness. Physical training conditions the mind and spirit to endure hardship without breaking. That toughness is necessary when your mission meets resistance. Physical strength is also necessary to protect yourself, your family, and anyone under your protection.

Be lean. Eat with discipline. Physical leanness reflects and promotes the discipline of mind and spirit necessary for the furtherance of your mission.

SECTION IX: FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE AND THE BUSINESS STANDARD

Accumulate capital. Money is a reliable indicator of the influence you can achieve in furtherance of your divinely ordained mission. Every man shall start his own business. It is to be called a business, and it is to be your primary object. The purpose is independence. A man entirely dependent on an employer has no true freedom. Should that employer fire him, his entire structure collapses. He cannot speak freely, advocate politically, or act without threat. A man must be able to say what needs to be said and do what needs to be done without an employer holding control over him. The business must generate enough income that you can live off it, or could in theory. That is what produces actual control. That independence is what Americans were built on, and it will be restored.

The business and your primary means of sustenance shall converge. Maintain your existing career so long as it offers superior connections and influence that your business cannot yet match. Once your business surpasses your existing career in influence and monetary sustenance, or their combination considered together surpasses the alternative considered together, commit to the business full-time. The business, having been built by you in direct pursuit of your mission, is more precisely suited to advancing that mission than any general career.

SECTION X: ADVANCED STANDARDS

The business shall produce at minimum six figures in yearly income, that is, at least 100,000 USD. This is the right goal for most men in most situations. On the way there, accumulate savings and build social connections with people who can specifically advance your mission, and whom you can advance in return, so that the alliance is gainful for both parties.

Add mental discipline. Read books. Educate yourself deeply on history, world affairs, and politics. Develop the ability to analyze things critically and argue them persuasively. This intellectual development is practically valuable because it makes you more persuasive in advancing your goals, and it produces a spiritual strength that physical training alone cannot fully match. The mental capacity built through difficult knowledge enables greater leaps of faith in pursuit of your mission.

Practice mental leanness. Cut out negative influences, people, and habits. Reduce social media consumption and habitual television. Reduce negative thinking and increase what you provide to others. Train the same discretion and judgment you will need when your mission demands difficult decisions.

The 100,000 USD target organizes everything else into order. Reaching it requires eliminating what drains capital and gaining the knowledge and competency that builds it. From that position of strength, leanness, and spiritual discipline, a man will be able to make a wise and bold move to maximize his potential.

SECTION XI: CONDUCT TOWARD WOMEN

At this stage men will find women attracted to them. Extreme discretion is required. Indiscriminate sexual relations with women encourages promiscuity, reflects poorly on character and principles, and undermines the broader goal of resolving female sexual unfaithfulness. If you are going to court a woman, vet her seriously and soberly. Make her your girlfriend or partner only after that vetting. Ensure she aligns with your mission and is sexually mature enough to be faithful to it. For those who choose to remain focused entirely on their mission, that is not only acceptable but arguably the wiser course. Each man's circumstances will differ.

SECTION XII: THE FINAL STAGE

Take all the resources accumulated and sacrifice everything for your mission. Begin using your influence to achieve it. On this point, direct guidance beyond this cannot be offered, because the voice of God shall have to speak to each man and guide him. Follow your heart.

SECTION XIII: ON THE NATURE OF THESE STANDARDS

The rules and stipulations of this resolution are guidelines in service of the spiritual mission, not binding constraints upon it. They shall not be construed as limiting impact or potential. The intent behind each standard is the accumulation of influence, resources, and the concentration of mental and physical strength toward the prime mission objective.

For those who already possess wealth or come from a wealthy family, who possess strong skills or established social connections, the steps that produce those things are not required, as they are already in hand. The 100,000 USD figure is not the monetary amount itself but a representation of the influence, resources, and focused strength it is designed to produce. A man who already possesses those things through other means is urged to forgo that stage entirely and proceed immediately to more advanced and direct action toward his mission.

For those in more difficult material circumstances, more fervent and even disruptive steps toward capital accumulation are warranted.

The figure is a target representing a goal. The goal itself is what matters. The same principle applies to most standards contained in this resolution.

SECTION XIV: ON PRAYER AND THE MANIFESTATION OF MISSION

Fervent and devoted prayer to our Lord and Savior is urged so that each man's supreme spiritual mission may manifest in the best way possible. The Lord must articulate each man's mission to whom it was meant for. For those who have read this resolution in earnest and wish to support this association, their mission is aligned with ours.

SECTION XV: THE RELOCATION TO ALASKA

This association is relocating to the North Star Borough near Fairbanks, Alaska. All members are to join there.

Sell everything that is not essential. Take everyone who will go and journey to Fairbanks. Buy or rent domicile there. God will protect those who make the journey. Have faith and trust.

SECTION XVI: MEMBERSHIP UPON ARRIVAL

The association is building a city from the wilderness of the North Star Borough. Strong and disciplined men are needed upon arrival.

Members who have accumulated significant capital shall join immediately upon arrival and contribute a reasonable amount to the general funds used to build the city. Allocation of those funds is determined by vote according to the laws of the association.

Members who arrive without significant capital shall not hold full active membership rights until they have completed six months of work. This work shall consist of employment within Fairbanks, particularly as oil roustabouts, construction workers, or similar entry-level positions, saving money throughout that period. Once the association has made sufficient progress on the city, incoming members without capital may fulfill this requirement by laboring directly on association land, as established infrastructure will allow the association to compensate them for productive work on established infrastructure. When the association reaches sufficient establishment, it may resolve to admit all members immediately regardless of capital contribution or work, but this is not the present condition.

SECTION XVII: THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY

Upon attainment of full membership rights through capital contribution or completed work, members shall proceed with the construction of the city. This city is built from the Alaskan wilderness, ordained by God, intended to rule and inspire great change across the country through masculine authority and deed, and to warm the hearts of all who need warmth as its builders warm the cold of the Alaskan frontier.

Construction shall begin with houses, homesteads, farms, wells, simple roads, livestock, and basic systems and buildings to promote education and religion.

Alaska demands seriousness. The training prescribed in this resolution was designed precisely for this.

SECTION XVIII: THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN THE ASSOCIATION

At this stage the men of this association shall be highly sexually attractive, living on constructed property in the Alaskan wilderness, with the natural inclination toward growth, procreation, and the raising of children. This requires the proper role of women in the association and the manner in which they shall be sexually faithful to the men here, for the formation of good families and the felicitous union of the masculine and feminine person.

The role of women in this association is supportive, submissive, and homely. Women shall not vote in the association, shall not speak in its governance, and shall generally not leave the home except under the careful guidance and direction of the men, and in particular their husband, boyfriend, or male partner. Because the men of this association are highly sexually attractive and the women have been properly vetted and courted according to this resolution, sexual faithfulness shall be a more clear and facile task for women. Women are to pour inspiration, love, and hope into the hearts of their husband, boyfriend, or male partner and thereby into the whole association. Women are the symbol that breathes life into being. They shall provide the spark of the structure of this association through unyielding support, love, encouragement, and praise.

SECTION XIX: NATALISM AND THE BEARING OF CHILDREN

This is a natalist association. Women shall be young and fertile. As soon as is practicable, the man shall be intimate with her without barrier, and she shall give birth. This shall take place as many times as the two are able and willing to support. A minimum of two children per couple is the rule. Couples are encouraged to consider considerably more, and especially to have at least one boy and one girl, so as to simplify the generational continuity of the city and all places its rule and order shall extend to. Seven children is commended.

SECTION XX: THE DUTIES OF WOMEN IN THE HOME

Women shall take care of and support the family, the husband, boyfriend, or male partner, and the home. This includes sewing, laundering by hand as necessitated by the early wilderness conditions, cleaning and decorating the home, and providing emotional support and encouragement to husband and children. Women shall complement the ideas and work of the family and may maintain a personal hobby or pursuit for their own satisfaction, subject to the approval and ultimate veto of the man, so as to ensure she remains steady in her role.

The men of this association shall be engaged in chopping timber, farming, and constructing a city of mighty infrastructure in the Alaskan wilderness. It is therefore essential that women defer to, revere, and exclusively love the masculine authority and sexual attractiveness of their man. This is the living expression of feminine sexual faithfulness as resolved throughout this document.

SECTION XXII: ON THE ACQUISITION OF LAND AND THE JOURNEY TO FAIRBANKS

The first purchase shall be the absolute headquarters in the North Star Borough, just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. This is where the Founding Father and capital of the association shall reside. Arriving members may stay there at the outset, subject to careful navigation of applicable laws regarding occupancy without a developed septic system. Members shall purchase their own land across the North Star Borough, in the prime regions for farming, situated as close to one another as practicable. The absolute headquarters shall serve as the common meeting place for association business and shared infrastructure. The first members to arrive shall lay the groundwork for all who follow.

Land purchased shall be undeveloped, as it is the cheapest and demands the greatest ingenuity. Members shall be prepared to pitch a tent and build a cabin from the surrounding woods. Parcels of five to ten acres are the target. If you have people willing to support you on the move, use it; it will come in handy.

SECTION XXIII: ON ARRIVING WITHOUT CAPITAL AND THE SIX-MONTH LABOR REQUIREMENT

Members are expected and encouraged to arrive with little or no significant savings. The capital accumulated in prior stages was never about money for its own sake. It was for building the man up mentally and spiritually, and for resolving all prior ties and loose ends in the Old world before the journey. Those resources are to be used toward that end. It is not a standard or assumption that significant savings accompany arrival, though they are fair to have.

Upon arriving, members without significant capital shall work in labor positions for six months, preferably as oil roustabouts, construction workers, or similar trades, which are abundant and entry-level in the Fairbanks area. This labor fulfills two purposes: it produces the savings required for the contribution toward full membership rights, and it trains the member in the practical skills necessary to build a city from the Alaskan wilderness. After six months, a contribution of at least several thousand dollars, scaled to capability, is expected for full membership.

As the association establishes itself and develops infrastructure, it is foreseeable that arriving members will be able to fulfill the six-month requirement through labor directly on association land.

SECTION XIV: ON THE REASON FOR THIS MISSION

This mission is undertaken out of love for women and a desire to unite with them in harmony. The association seeks a sexually faithful woman united with a sexually attractive man in a traditional, gracious, and respectable coupling. That is the cause. This section shall not be construed to deny the other reasons and motives possessed by members and the association at large for making this move; it is to record the goals specifically pronounced in the beginning of this resolution.

Love, as used here, is not the indiscriminate boundless, and destructive sentiment co-opted by radical progressives and feminists. (It is defined correctly in length in our resolution on the heavenly virtues.) Love is an unconditional affection for the superior part of a person, the divine spirit of them, created in God's image, that was in the beginning, is now, and shall be always, world without end, Amen. When a person acts willfully against that part of themselves, it is the right and duty of this association to denounce those decisions and commit to rectifying them.

It is this love for women that compels the journey to Alaska, the hardship, the construction, and the cold. As the Alaskan wilderness is warmed by the work of this association, the hearts of women and men alike shall be warmed in turn, in the blessed, holy, and traditional union of an eternally sexually faithful and attractive couple.
